Volvo B10M ‘Citybus’ with Alexander R 80 seat body, new to Bournemouth Transport in February 1988. Later operated in white livery as part of the Your Bus school & college fleet. Withdrawn and sold to Fowler, Holbeach Grove in 2013, moving to Dews Coaches, Somersham. Acquired for preservation in 2019 & now repainted in Yellow Buses 1990s yellow/blue livery. (photo JM)
Dennis Dart with East Lancs EL2000 40 seat body new in April 1995 to Yellow Buses. Like 208, it was repainted in white livery as part of the Your Bus school & college fleet. In 2011 it passed to Gardbus, Ringwood, and later to A2B Travel, Newquay and finally Zoar Garages, St Keverne Cornwall. It was saved for preservation in June 2020., and repainted in Yellow Buses livery in 2022.
Dennis Dart SLF with East Lancs 32 seat body, one of two new to Bournemouth Transport in May 1997, their first low floor buses. Converted as a driver training vehicle in 2006. Acquired from Yellow Buses in 2018, and repainted in original Westbourne Flyer livery in 2022.
Dennis Trident with East Lancs Lolyne body, new as 84 seater for conversion of services through Winton to low floor. Refurbished and downseated to 80 in 2008. Sold to Lodge, Hugh Easter in 2016. Bought for conversion into living accommodation, in 2021 but the owner’s circumstances changed and it was acquired by the group for preservation in 2023 and is now repainted into Yellow Buses low floor livery. Volvo B7TL with East Lancs Vyking 76 seat body in May 2003. Refurbished in 2014 by RATP Yellow Buses. It was the oldest closed top bus in the fleet, now numbered 5003, when the company folded in 2022. It passed to Ensign, Purfleet (dealer) but was subsequently sold for scrap. It was rescued by the group in 2023 and carries the final Yellow Buses livery. (photo JM)
Bristol VR/SL3/6LX with ECW 74 seat body, passing to Wilts & Dorset Bus Co in 1983. Withdrawn in 1994 and operated with several companies before being purchased for preservation in 2010. From 2019, part of the group, and is now being restored.
DAF DB250 with Optare Spectra 77 seat body, new in July 1994, operating from Poole. Passed to Abus, Bristol in 2011. Sold into preservation in 2018 and passed to the group in 2022. Painted in Wilts & Dorset privatisation livery. (photo JM)
Optare MetroRider MR15 with 31 seat body, new at Salisbury in June 1996. Withdrawn in 2010 and stored at Fovant. Rescued for preservation in 2020.
Optare Solo M85 with 30 seat body, new to Wilts & Dorset in December 2000 at Poole. Later moved to Salisbury depot, and passed to the Tourist fleet as 3687 in 2012. Acquired from GSC in 2022 and now repainted in Wilts & Dorset privatisation livery.
Volvo B7RLE with Wright Eclipse Urban 40 seat body. One of the initial batch of 34 bought to rebrand and upgrade some of the more popular services in the Poole area under the morebus brand. Purchased from GSC for preservation in 2024.
